Enabling individuals to enhance knowledge and learn new skills

In addition to providing on-site training programs, organizations can select one or more individuals to attend courses and seminars that are open to the public. Also, individuals who want to gain new skills or enhance their value to an organization have the opportunity to attend these sessions. They can also earn cert and certifications in many of these areas.

Seminars and other Learning Events

The BEC provides individuals and organizations with other learning opportunities including seminars and short courses. Our seminars address timely topics in business, healthcare, and industry. In addition, other learning events can include specific courses within one of the Milwaukee School of Engineering’s academic programs.

Seasoned Experts as Facilitators

The instructors and facilitators for BEC offerings are seasoned practitioners with their fields. This is a long-standing tradition at MSOE - professors who have extensive experience in the fields they are teaching.

Convenient Schedule

The scheduling of training courses and programs takes into account an organization’s needs so that training is not unnecessarily disrupting an individual’s work. And, we make sure that each day when training provides meaningful knowledge and skills that the individual can put it to use the next day.
