Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a half-day module that begins with education on the major methods of maintaining equipment for reliability. Practical exercises and examples give you the foundation for starting TPM in your organizations. Tools to measure the effectiveness of the process are provided and practiced. With operator involvement as the foundation, the plant-wide role changes required to support TPM are established as the starting point on the journey to zero unplanned downtime.

  • Involve the right people in TPM
  • Determine the types of activities associated with TPM
  • Determine the intervals of TPM activities
  • Understand the cost impact of TPM
