June 7, 14, & 21: Project Management Associate (Milwaukee) Three-day course prepares participants to better organize, implement and control projects. Prepares participants for the Project Management Lead Certificate and the journey to PMI certification.

June - August: Lean Lead Facilitator (Milwaukee)
Leadership provides the backbone to successful and sustained organizational improvement. Without leaders removing barriers and driving success, programs flounder. This three week workshop introduces the Lean principles, incorporates numerous simulations to demonstrate the tools and their impact and allows participants to discover their roles and responsibilities in deploying Lean and supporting projects.

July 2012

July 26 & 217 Lean Accounting (Milwaukee) Two-day course that teaches participants how to showcase the value and competitive advantage of Lean initiatives in a company's financial reports.
